Bombo Pluto Ova (Cebu/Tacloban)
Known for their frenetic energy and devil-may-care attitude during live sets, Bombo Pluto Ova is the longest, if not the only, rock n roll band that pushes the limit between static and sonic (or between noise and nuance) in Cebu’s current music scene. The band is composed of John Caing on guitars, Sam Pipebomb on bass, and Eng-eng on drums. Bombo Pluto Ova has been in the forefront of Cebu’s underground music scene since the early 2000 and has released six album to date.

SABA (Dumaguete/Roxas)
SABA is a noise and experimental group base in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. The group focuses in using noise in music and performance. The group performs with DIY noise electronic machine alongside with traditional band instruments.

DROP-D (Cebu)
DROP-D is the solo experimental/noise project of Janry 'Drop-D' Ubal. He plays drums in various anarcho punk/hardcore bands based in Cebu City, including Sadista, Burial Sucks, TAWO, etc

Libya Montes (Cebu)
Libya Montes is the moniker of PAWN's Erik Tuban. He is currently working on an EP combining Budots music crossed with Space Invaders imagery.

Gazini (Mactan)
Gazini explores the hot mess that is David Lynch serial dramas and translates it into repetitive dancey music.

S4nza (Dumaguete)
S4NZA makes music using her laptop. She does it for fun.

spaaawn (Iloilo)
spaaawn is a sound art project based in iloilo city, philippines. venturing in confrontational sound, open composition, and exploring the subtleties of nature with electronics; seaming an amalgamation of the past and present static in the daily stream of noise in the internet age.
